VISITORS to the Tweed Valley's popular tourist attraction Tropical Fruit World will enjoy the farm's 25th birthday celebrations.
The milestone event will see the working farm host special birthday activites for the month of April to complement the existing tractor tours, river boat cruise, fauna park, demonstrations and shows enjoyed by more than 100,000 visitors a year.
Tropical Fruit World managing director Judith Brinsmead grew up on the property and says it has come such a long way since her parents bought it in 1972.
