Babaco (Carica papaya)	Ecuador	The champagne fruit. Huge crops of large, long, seedless, yellow skinned fruit. Delicious tangy taste when eaten fresh (skin and all), or used to make a fantastic juice. Our plants are grafted onto pawpaws to help control root rot.
Bodiam Red Pawpaw (Carica pubescens)	South America	Delicious extra large, long fruits which are quite sweet and red even in cooler climates.
Chamburo (Carica papaya)	Andes	This type distinguishable by the 'hairy' underside of leaves. Bears abundant crops of small egg size fruit like mini Babaco's.
Honey Dew Pawpaw (Carica goudotiana)	South America	This type well known for its high fruit production.
Papayuelo (Carica papaya)	Columbia	Attractive tall branching plant with purple leaves. Bears goose-egg size purple fruits. The flesh inside is eaten like passionfruit.
Red Hybrid Pawpaw (Carica papaya)	China	Long torpedo shaped fruits with sweet red flesh.
Shangri Lai Pawpaw (Carica papaya)	Malaysia	A smaller pink fruited type with firmer type flesh. Developed for the restaurant trade.
Siglalon (Carica stipulata)	Ecuador	Plant has "ruffled" leaves and spiky trunk. Fruits are small and elongated - with a tangy taste.
Thai Red Pawpaw (Carica papaya)	Thailand	Red fleshed variety under trial.
Toronchi (Carica chrysopetala)	Ecuador	Highly variable plants with flowers of pink, red, green and yellow. Fruits are also extremely variable with some small, long and thin - others large and block shape. We have many types growing all with a tangy taste.
Yellow Hybrid Pawpaw (Carica papaya)	China	Similar to the Red Hybrid only with a creamy yellow flesh.
